Infertility evaluation and treatment

Sometimes making a baby is not easy.  We offer evaluation of infertility, and repeated miscarriages.  In office ultrasound and intrauterine insemination is available (IUI).  We work with infertility doctors at the Seattle Reproductive Medicine, or a fertility clinic of your choice should you choose IVF.

For couples experiencing difficulty conceiving, a consultation and an investigation into possible causes of infertility can be the first step in achieving pregnancy. Intrauterine insemination is available.

Contraception

We offer contraceptive counseling so that you can find a method that works with your busy life. IUD placement available. Nexplanon is a contraceptive rod we can place that is effective contraception for 3 years. We offer sterilization as well.

Evaluation and treatment of urinary incontinence

There are a number of solutions, surgical or medical, that may improve the quality of life for women who suffer with this problem. Tension Free Vaginal Tape (TVT) mid urethral sling, or the placement of a pessary are options.

Evaluation and treatment of heavy periods

There can be many reasons women have heavier periods.  Anatomic problems in the uterus, like fibroids or polyps can be the cause, and there are hormonal causes as well.  Our gynecologists can help diagnose the problem and discuss options.  We do offer in office treatment of heavy periods including hormonal IUDs, and endometrial ablation with NovaSure.
