Accessing Healow Appointments and the Healow Patient Portal

Desktop Instructions (Appointments Require Microphone and Webcam):
On our website, ChenaHealth.com, scroll to the top of the page and press the light blue “Portal” button.
Click on the option to “View your health record”. Do not click the other options.
If you do not have a Healow Patient Portal set up, click the “Using Mobile Phone” option and enter your information. (If you already have a Healow Patient Portal setup, you can log in with either your username/password or your mobile phone.)
Follow the instructions to create a password, create a pin with your phone, and finish setting up your account
Once your portal has been set up, you can log in and access your upcoming Healow appointment from the landing page by clicking “Join TeleVisit” in the “Appointments” box. Do not leave the "Waiting for Provider" screen once you are on it. Leaving it will end your appointment early.
You can also use the “Appointments” tab to see your “Upcoming Appointments” and join a TeleVisit from that screen as well.
